Through our partnerships with Coalescent software you can seamlessly and conveniently download our events into their event module. The integration of our systems is a benefit that is truly helpful for quarterly reporting.

Formerly known as fundraisingevents.com, Coalescent is a secure online event management system for PAC managers and government affairs specialists to organize and manage all of the information for the thousands of PAC events and fundraisers. Our system allows clients to view a full comprehensive list of all events as well as filtering events by their own personally selected list of federal candidates, leadership PACs, national political party committees and locally based charitable events.

With Coalescent you can also:

View all PAC and fundraising events in chronological order including historical views of past events
RSVP online and track your event history
Download information into Vocus and PASS event modules to review budget amounts and contribution history
Download information into Excel spreadsheets—you can download a week; a month; or a year’s worth of events.
Create a personal profile that sorts events based on your PAC budget or using criteria such as a member's committee assignments, name, the state they represent, specific leadership PACs, or industry events.
Search events in a variety of ways including:

Candidate Events searches by: Home State, Name, Member status, Committee Assignments, Industry Events, Event Host(s), Event Type, Office Sought, Party Affiliation, Special Guest, and Venue State.
Leadership PAC Events by: Candidate Name, Office Sought, Party Affiliation and PAC Name. Our list of Leadership PACs includes over 300 various PAC groups.
Party Committee Events by: National Party Committee Type, Party Affiliation, Party Committee and Party Committee Program.
Miscellaneous Events by: Date or sponsoring organization.
