Federal Election Commission Reporting

The Federal Election Commission (FEC) requires periodic reporting of PAC activity including receipts and disbursements. PASS’ team of Compliance Managers and other professionals will upload your PAC data, prepare your FEC reports, send them to you for review, and electronically file them prior to the reporting deadline.

FEC Reporting Services:

Prepare and file FEC Statements of Organization
Prepare FEC reports filed on a monthly or quarterly schedule
Import receipt data necessary for report preparation
Compliance review and check writing for candidate/committee contributions
Disbursement tracking among affiliated PACs
Send required copies of reports to states absent from the FEC waiver list
