PAC Match Program Administration

One of the most appreciated PAC gifts is a charitable match (PAC Match) program. PASS offers a complete range of PAC Match Program services to assist organizations offering a charitable or other incentive match to PAC members. PASS’ PAC Match services are customized to meet our clients’ needs.

PAC Match Services:

• Review of the employee’s charity selections to ensure they meet the PACs giving criteria 
• Track employee contributions to the PAC and calculate PAC Match amounts based on the company’s match criteria 
• Provide full or partial banking services for your PAC Match program 
• Prepare PAC Match checks on a schedule as defined by the company (after approval by the client contact and client funding of the bank account)
• Assist with accounting for the PAC Match programs by providing a series of detailed reports. Standard reports include a list of employees with designated charities and amount contributed to PAC and to the charity, summary of total funds contributed to each charity, and financial reports for the PAC Match bank account.
