Sales Representative

Public Affairs Support Services (PASS), the industry leader in campaign finance compliance outsourcing since 1984, is looking to expand our team of compliance professionals. PASS manages many of the nation’s leading corporate, association, and labor union PACs. We are looking for a qualified Sales Representative to fill a vacant position within our growing organization.

PASS has an open Sales Representative position for a talented and motivated individual who will thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment. The successful candidate will handle lead qualification, serve as the initial point of contact with prospective customers, and will set up meetings with prospects interested in PASS’ services.

This position is responsible for:

Generating new business leads through prospect research, cold calling, industry networking events, and conferences;
Providing product information to prospects interested in PASS’ services;
Developing and call on prospects to explain PASS’ service offerings and demonstrate capabilities;
Making sales presentations;
Updating sales database and provide sales reports;
Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale;

This position requires:

2+ years B2B sales experience (preferably selling a service);
Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, but must also be able to contribute to team initiatives;
Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity;
Proven ability to meet established lead generation and sales quotas;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Professional sales presentation skills;
Bachelor’s degree;
Campaign finance experience is a plus.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
