Sales Representative
- Generate new business leads through:
Prospect research.
Cold calling.
Industry networking events and conferences.

Research organizations and perform other research on prospects as needed.

Communicate with prospective clients to qualify leads.

Make sales presentations to prospective new clients.

Update sales database and provide sales reports.
The successful candidate will have:
-
2+ years B2B sales experience (preferably selling a service);
-
Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, but must also be able to contribute to team initiatives;
-
Ability to exercise good common sense;
-
Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity;
-
Proven ability to meet established lead generation and sales quotas;
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-
Professional sales presentation skills;
-
Bachelor’s degree; and
-
Campaign finance experience is a plus.
Salary is commensurate with experience. PASS is an employee owned company and offers ownership potential to long-term employees. In addition, our compensation package includes medical insurance, LTD and paid parking at our Old Town Alexandria offices.
