Mindy Anderson  Compliance Manager

Mindy has been with PASS since 2009.  She worked for the Republican Governors Association as Chief Financial Officer, providing budgeting, compliance and administrative expertise.  Prior to the RGA, Mindy served as Director of Accounting and Administration for the National Republican Senatorial Committee.  Mindy is originially from Missouri.

Keith Andrews  Senior Systems Developer
B.S. Marketing, Virginia Tech
Keith has been with PASS since 2001. He brings nine years of database development/management to his current position. Keith is originally from Virginia.

Jose Cajayon   Compliance Manager
B.S. Architecture, University of Santo Tomas
Jose has been with PASS since 2009.  He has worked in two major law firms for a total of 18 years, most recently as a Political Reports Analyst, assisting clients with campaign finance and lobbying compliance in the federal, state, and local levels.  Additionally, Jose served as Compliance Specialist and PAC Secretary for UST Inc. and has held various accounting positions while working in law firms. Jose is originally from Virginia.

Janice Clarke   Compliance Manager
B.S. Human Resource Management, Trinity University (Currently Pursuing)
Janice has been with PASS since 2009.  She served as the Operations Manager for Macedonia Baptist Church handling the day-to-day operations and financial management.  Prior to Macedonia, Janice served as a PAC Manager for the Financial Services Roundtable for three years.  Janice is originally from Virginia.

Ken Davis  Compliance Manager

M.A. Public Administration, Howard University
Ken has been with PASS since 2000. Prior to joining PASS he served as a Reports Analyst with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) for over ten years. Ken has also worked with several federal and local government agencies. Ken is originally from Washington, DC.

Amelia Dimitriev  Systems Developer
B.S. Engineering, University Polytechnic of Bucharest
Amelia has been with PASS since 2007. She was a consultant and full-time software developer for several firms prior to joining PASS. She was also an assistant professor and taught computer science courses. Amelia is originally from Romania.

Rebecca Fussman  Compliance Manager
B.A. Political Theory and Journalism, Michigan State University
M.A. Political Management, The George Washington University
Rebecca has been with PASS since 2007. Prior to joining the PASS team she managed the WorldCom and later PricewaterhouseCoopers PACs. She also helped to manage the grassroots efforts at WorldCom and worked as a junior lobbyist at PwC. She came to PASS from another outsourcing firm where she managed a varied client list of corporate, union, association and leadership PACs. Rebecca is originally from Michigan.

Yvette Grays  Receipts Analyst

Yvette has been with PASS since 1996. She previously worked in the banking and administrative services prior to joining the PASS team. Yvette is originally from Mississippi.

Erika Hamlin  Client Services Team Coordinator
B.S. Elementary Education, Florida A&M University
Erika has been with PASS since 2008. She has over ten years of experience in the field of education and looks forward to launching a new career path in Campaign Finance. Erika is originally from Ohio.

Kim Jacobson  Systems Developer

M.H.S. Health Finance & Management, Johns Hopkins University
Kim has been with PASS since 2006. She has 15 years of experience working in the health care industry for various government and non-government organizations, such as USAID, USUHS, The Johns Hopkins Hospital, and Navigant Consulting, Inc. Kim is originally from Maryland.

Jim "Mac" Makinen  Senior Compliance Manager
B.S. Urban Planning and Design, University of Maryland
Mac has been with PASS since 1983. He is an original PASS staff member and has worn many hats during the firm’s existence. He designed and wrote the original PAC reporting software and was instrumental in developing PASS’ other PAC management services. Mac is originally from Maryland.

Alena Mazheika  IT Analyst / Software Developer
M.S. Economy & Management, State Technical University, Belarus
Alena has been with PASS since 2008. She previously took part in IT projects in Fairfax, VA and worked as a database developer in Belarus. Alena is originally from Belarus.

Stephanie Neill  Senior Compliance Manager and State Research Coordinator
B.A. Sociology/Gerontology, Oklahoma State University
Stephanie has been with PASS since 1997. She served as a Legislative Assistant to Congressman Bill K. Brewster. Upon his retirement, she joined the lobbying firm of David Vienna & Associates and represented several California public agencies before the U.S. Congress. Stephanie is originially from Oklahoma.

Mary OReilly  Vice President, Marketing, Planning, and Communications
B.S. Consumer Affairs, Indiana University of Pennsylvania
M.B.A. George Mason University
Mary has been with PASS since 2001. She was the PAC Manager for Household International and then Novartis Corporation handling all aspects of PAC fundraising and compliance for both companies. She has over 15 years of PAC management, fundraising, and compliance experience. Mary is originally from Pennsylvania.

Amy has been with PASS since 2000. She spent five and a half years with the Reports Analysis Division at the Federal Election Commission. Amy is originally from Virginia.

Janet has been with PASS since 2002. She has worked in the campaign finance compliance field since 1985 for a variety of PACs and Party committees. Janet is originally from Wisconsin.

Michelle has been with PASS since 2008. She has over seven years of experience in the administrative field and two years in the Patent & Trademark field. Michelle is originally from Maryland.

Lauren Stephens  Compliance Manager

Lauren has been with PASS since 2010.  She is a former PAC Outsourcing Manager from another PAC vendor in D.C.  Lauren also worked on the 2008 Clinton for President Campaign where she traveled to 43 states during the primaries.  Lauren is originally from Arkansas.
